I am a mother of 3 young kids and I have a drive and passion for anything related to health and fitness. I love seeing what the body is capable of – but what I love even more is seeing the barriers we break in our minds to make the body capable of ANYTHING! I want to hear each of your goals and hear your achievements. I want to motivate you, as I want YOU to motivate ME. I was a nationally competitive figure athlete myself, and the sense of satisfaction and power that my fitness activity gave me made me a happier woman and a healthier mom.
